WOW KIDS HERITAGE
We are proud to introduce our new preschool section – WOW KIDS Heritage.
Heritage is now trying up with a world class preschool chain, WOW KIDS, which has a pan India presence and was co-founded by Mrs Preeti Tyagi and Mr Atul Tyagi in 2013. Developed with the idea of running an educational system that is purely child-centered, WOW KIDS ensures holistic learning through play-way and research-based methods. With the introduction of WOW KIDS, Heritage aims to redefine prenursery schooling in Manipur.

The WOW KIDS curriculum is based on experiential learning and geared towards the building of virtues and potentials in children. Students will now have the WOW KIDS Heritage edge, going into higher classes, as they are encouraged to interact and cooperate with one another in their learning process, develop leadership skills and adopt problem-solving as a method of learning.

CURRICULUM
WOW KIDS’ Curriculum is based on experiential learning and geared towards the building of virtues and potentials in children. Ample emphasis is placed on problem-solving as a method of learning. The social environment is stimulated to accommodate independent discoveries, while also encouraging teamwork among the children. It is operated by teachers who are dynamic, versatile and exposed to continuous training and research from notable institutions that train teachers in different countries.
WOW KIDS uses the Montessori and sensorial ways to teach young children, which is the world’s No.1 way of teaching young children.

Behind every activity, there are underlying concepts. Our activities are charged with well-planned value education that lead to well-rounded growth and development of a child.
Language development through storytelling and reading
We develop listening skills in our kids through well designed activities. We ascribe a personality to each letter of the alphabet ad take children through the ‘City of Alphabet’, where letters talk like human beings. As this interesting story unfolds, a child’s full attention is captured, they are eager to know more and they acquire listening skills. They are also exposed to various moral building stories that help them grasp language and build values.
Creative/Aesthetic development through Art and Craft
The use of crayon for colouring helps in the training of the wrist to make it flexible for writing, thus preparing them for the next level of their education journey. This way, kids also learn to recognise different colours. The colour of the week is chosen, and children are also exposed to objects/fruits/vegetables of that colour.
Science-backed method of learning
Children learn better when they explore. We work on developing logical reasoning skills in children by encouraging them to solve simple but highly educative puzzles. Our maths curriculum is rich, taking the children through activities such as Counting, Measuring, Identification and pattens creation. Our reading curriculum places emphasis on making children learn new words through pictures and cards.
Music and Rhymes
Music and rhymes are an integral part of Early childhood education. Children love music and rhymes, and concepts, virtues, culture, etc. are easily understood and explained through them. Early childhood is one of the best periods where Music Aptitude can be inculcated in children and we use the culture of music to sensitize the kids and develop their imaginations.
Physical development through play.
Children are allowed to engage in physical development through play-activities like throwing and catching balls, picking balls, walking on a straight line, walking sideways and backwards, bending, squatting, etc. that enable them to acquire Psychomotor skills.
Personal, social and emotional development through celebrations
It’s a Celebrations Galore at WOW KIDS. We celebrate Colour Day, Cooking Day, Flower Day, Green Earth Day, market Day, Community Day and Fruit Day which help in the personal, social and emotional development of children.
